We handle all parts of clients’ cases, including advising on how to maximise their chances, preparation of all forms and supporting letters, dealing with the immigration officials and preparation for interviews. We also provide employment services to help clients find work in Canada for the purpose of getting a work permit or for the purpose of helping clients gain employment after they get permanent residence status. Even though we are a law firm, our fees are very competitive with those of immigration consultants.

How we will increase your chances of success

We will do a free assessment of your chances. You could be surprised to find that your dependants have greater chances than you do. We will do a free assessment on them too. We will ensure that the immigration authorities assess each person with a good chance of success on your single application. If your chances are low, we will tell you why and advise you how to improve your chances at a later time.

The most important factor is the job you can do. We have experience matching your skills to the job with the highest demand and qualifications. This is crucial to maximising the points you get. We may find a job that you are qualified for that you never would have thought you could do.

If you need to show a demand for your job by having your prospective employer advertise the job through the Canadian government, we will represent you and your employer with the Canadian authorities to maximise the chances that the demand will be shown.

Goldman Associates is a law firm that specialises in helping people to find work and/or to get the proper immigration status in Canada. Mr Goldman is a fully trained Canadian immigration lawyer (barrister and solicitor) with 15 years of experience handling exclusively Canadian immigration law cases. Mr Goldman is a member of the immigration section of the Canadian Bar Association and a member of the Law Society of British Columbia (this organisation regulates lawyers).
