PCL Construction Management Inc, a member of the PCL family of companies, provides construction services throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan. The work is conducted out of four offices, strategically located in the major centers of Edmonton, Calgary, Regina and Saskatoon.

Each office location provides full design-build, general contracting and construction management services. Clients benefit from our in-house services, such as pre-construction support, conceptual and detailed estimating, purchasing, scheduling and cost control, project management, administration, accounting, human resources and marketing/business development. We also self perform many aspects of our projects including cast in place concrete scope.

We’re best known for our larger commercial, institutional and infrastructure work, consisting of educational and health care facilities, airports, sports and entertainment facilities, shopping centers, office towers, bridges, overpasses, multi-family residential complexes and waste/waste-water treatment plants. Some of the major projects we are currently working on include the Edmonton Clinic, the Centennial Centre for Interdisciplinary Sciences (CCIS), the Southgate Centre Expansion and various light rail transit projects. We also excel at smaller unique projects such as renovations, restorations and repairs.
