North America Construction is looking for experienced, driven and dedicated Project Managers for various projects across Canada.
NAC is a highly successful General Contractor who specialises in large municipal and industrial construction projects across Canada aswell as aiming to become leaders in Canada's Ethanol industry.
We are currently looking for top quality Project Managers who are eager to apply their thorough knowledge of heavy construction practices to a long term career in a rapidly growing, 100% employee owned, construction company. You will be responsible for the complete delegation of all project activities and for making sure all contractors submittals comply with contractual requirements. You will set up and maintain monitoring programs to ensure budgets and forecasts are met and have an excellent knowledge of scheduling and planning. Be completely fluent in verbal/written communications with the Owner, consultants, NAC's project team and our workforce to maintain a positive approach to the project at all times.
