Our mission is to grow and develop Chant as a firm that promotes and practices honesty, integrity, respect for the individual, and successful long-term relationships with our people, colleagues, external customers and the communities in which we work.

Success will be defined by our ability to bring value to projects by delivering every single task or assignment we undertake in a “Value Driven” manner. Chant believes in creating and maintaining a corporate safety culture that provides an environment where the safety and well being of every person on our jobsites is of utmost importance. Our goal is zero incidents.
Business Relationships
We strive to be a good corporate citizen, and one of our core values is to support and actively encourage local community involvement in our projects. We place special emphasis on our relationships with the First Nation bands, recognizing that as a result of the location of much of our power related work, we are often guests on First Nation traditional lands and in their communities.
