The PCL family of companies is the largest general contracting organization in Canada and is 100% employee-owned. We are one of the top employers in North America and are always looking for new talent.
PCL carries out its construction operations through a number of independent operating companies, which operate in different construction markets or geographic areas across North America. Our industrial divisions secure annual volumes in the range of CA$600- CA$800 million worth of construction work with projects ranging from CA$3 - CA$500 million. Our industrial operations in Canada are established in Edmonton and Fort McMurray, Alberta and concentrate on Western Canadian projects.

•PCL Industrial Constructors Inc.
PCL Industrial Constructors Inc. is one of Canada’s largest diversified general industrial construction companies, who service the oil and gas, heavy oil, refining, petrochemical,
mining, power and cogeneration, and pulp and paper industries.
•PCL Industrial Management Inc.
PCL Industrial Management Inc. is a construction management company that services the heavy industrial marketplace in Canada. Industrial Management operates as a construction manager on projects for which this management structure is the most competitive and practical execution strategy, for the specific needs of the client, or the demands of the market.
•Monad Industrial Constructors Inc.
Monad Industrial Constructors Inc. provides general contracting services in the oil and gas, petrochemical, mining, power, and pulp and paper industries. The majority of this work is performed on a direct-hire basis, as Monad operates under a collective agreement with Christian Labour Association of Canada (CLAC), a multi-craft, independent trade union.
•Melloy Industrial Services Inc.
Melloy Industrial Services Inc. is a nation-wide industrial contractor, servicing the oil sands, refining, petrochemical, pulp and paper, power and oil and gas industries. In addition to constructing new facilities, Melloy performs maintenance and heavy turnaround work in operating plants and hazardous areas.
•PCL Intracon Power Inc.
PCL Intracon Power Inc. is a diversified electrical/instrumentation industrial construction company, servicing the oil and gas, petrochemical, mining, power, and pulp and paper industries. In terms of new construction, Intracon Power handles the electrical and
instrumentation work for industrial projects, including materials procurement, coordinating sub trades, and plant start up and commissioning.
