Calgary also has a lot to offer outside of work.

Known as one of the most dynamic and highly-educated cities in Canada, and one of North America’s fastest-growing metropolitan areas, Calgary offers the best in urban living: quick commutes, a low crime rate and great schools.

A variety of entertainment companies bring big-name rock, pop and country musical acts to several concert locations, entertaining thousands of people nightly.

As well, the city boasts professional hockey, football and lacrosse teams, and several unique family recreational facilities.

If the great Canadian outdoors is more your style, check out the Rockies. Ski Banff and Lake Louise, trail ride in the high country, go canoeing, kayaking, or hiking. Camping and picnicking venues are everywhere and are post-card perfect!
